Without Linda, we would not be in our dream house now. The seller's real estate agent was playing games, and trying to do unscrupulous things you usually only hear about when trying to buy a house. Linda was extremely diligent in protecting our purchase and making sure we were not taken advantage of by the seller's agent. We were able to close a few weeks later with a new lender and moved into our house soon after. She is not just our broker, she is now like family. I love her to pieces and I would not have been able to go through this process without her. I recommend her to everyone I meet that tells me they are looking to rent or buy.
